Heavy Metal Testing for the Cannabis Vape Hardware Industry
If you purchased from the black market, there is no real way to know what you are getting. Toxic vape cartridges are sourced from unsafe black markets and often surpass California’s heavy metal testing standards. It is well-known that dangerous products often find their way into illegal markets.

In fact, the black market continues to be flooded with tainted vape cartridges containing hazardous heavy metals like lead. Consumers are increasingly becoming aware of heavy metals, including lead, arsenic, and mercury, found in e-cigarette cartridges. However, the situation is now starting to change.

By the end of 2018, there were no international or national regulations regarding contaminants in the vaporizer industry, and device manufacturers did not have clear guidelines. However, during that time, Transpring was actively working towards establishing a quality assessment system.

Due to the introduction of California's standards for heavy metal testing, including the CA Proposition 65 regulations, Transpring promptly initiated testing of their products in renowned laboratories such as Belcosta Labs. All of our products have successfully passed the CA Heavy Metals Testing.

However, some brands of cartridges launched in the market often fail to meet the CA Heavy Metals Testing due to issues related to the source of raw materials, manufacturing processes, or heavy metal contamination resulting from contact with oils.

But rest assured, our customers can confidently purchase Transpring products. Transpring's products have earned the trust of world-renowned oil manufacturers and brands. We have consistently provided safe and healthy products to help our partners and customers make purchases with peace of mind.

Transpring places the highest priority on product safety and quality and our products pass all related certifications to let our customers buy confidently.

Transpring cartridges utilize medical-grade stainless steel, ceramic mouthpieces, and Hcore ceramic heating core. By eliminating or minimizing heavy metals and the use of plastics, fibers, or paints in the vapor path throughout the entire raw material and manufacturing process, Transpring takes your health seriously.

In an effort of full transparency, we even released the test results to related industry media and published them on social media platforms. See our test reports and you will have peace of mind to know that Transpring has always been proactively committed to providing the most healthy, secure cartridges. We even proactively had all our heavy metal cartridges tested by well-known labs like Belcosta Labs.
