Where is my order shipped from?

Samples and small-batch orders are available from our U.S. warehouse, while bulk hardware orders are shipped directly from our China headquarters. Our U.S. branch also provides local oil filling, capping, and packaging services, giving brands a more seamless path from hardware to finished product.
